Norden Logic has developed the NL02x series thermal printer controllers. Some of the smallest controllers currently available
The controllers are SMD devices fully loaded to drive 58mm and 80mm print heads. However, they need external connections and connectors as well as power. They are designed to be part of a master PCB and receive commands from the master SOC MCU/CPU. For development we have an assortment of EVK boards that allow you to test your system.
If you don't see your printed listed anywhere in the documentation, just contact us. We don't keep the supported print heads list always up-to-date and some are 100% compatible with an already existing model. We also may add it so you can start your project without any major delays.
